Soy milk cream udon

material

Frozen udon
One ball
Pork (for shabu-shabu)
50g
[A]Soy milk
200cc
[A]White ground sesame
1 tablespoon
[A]unishoyu
2 tablespoons
Shimeji
50g
Blue shiso
as you like

How to make

  1. Boil hot water in a pan and boil frozen udon and pork.
  2. Put [A] and shimeji mushroom in another pan and cook over medium heat. When the shimeji mushroom is cooked, add 1 udon and pork and shake with pepper. Be careful not to boil
  3. When the whole is cooked, serve it, put shredded perilla and sprinkle with urchin soy sauce (outside the amount)
