How to make

  1. Cut the tomatoes into 1 cm pieces and the long onions into gray hair green onions. Cut mizuna into 4 cm width and peel ginger into shreds.
  2. Boil some noodles as shown and rinse with water, then put in a colander and drain thoroughly.
    Place in a bowl, add the mizuna (1), tomatoes, and natto that have been mixed once.
  3. Finally, add the green onion (1), ginger and sprinkle with the mixed A.
